How was your September guys? Mine was an "eventful"(pssh bad way eventful) & a stressful month!

I'm so done with bad news, I can't afford any distractions and I don't wanna be stressed anymore so please be good to me? Thanks! - Em.

This is gonna be a random post. :D I don't wanna blog about my whole September, like I said earlier on, it was pretty much in a bad way eventful and stressful and I already blogged about my birthday -- yep. that's it for my September. :D

Thursday - I went to Sephora to pick up my birthday gift from them. :D (my birthday post entry, BIRTHDAY POST!).

Then I went to London Drugs to buy a pink shade or any pale lipstick. You might be wondering why I didn't buy lipstick from Sephora? Sucha a waste of money. :D I mean, I'm not gonna spend $30 on A lipstick when I don't even have the plans of wearing it on a regular basis. Just like my red lipstick, I was just "craving" (seriously) for a pale shade. So yeah, I went to London Drugs and bought an NYC chiffon shade for $2.49. yup! practicality rules!

But I liked it actually haha I loved how pale it looks :D I dunno if my lips were just too dry but the only thing I don't like about this lipstick is it's feathering, but other than that, I love this shade. :D

LOVE IS IN THE AIR

Yes. Love is in the air and it's not even the love month. I maybe "judgmental" esp on people who tries so hard and people who kiss asses but behind all the profanities, yes the streaming lines of curses in my head right now, I am a loving friend, a loving daughter, a loving sister and a loving girlfriend. I have dreams. I have a soft spot in helping people in need and I am hoping for world peace one day. ;)

Em: *ehem ehem clears throat ehem ehem* Oh gosh how do I even start this acceptance speech? Yes, I am dramatic like that ;) I wanna say THANK YOU to MelissaAnne over again for the blog love award ;), I wasn't expecting it (true! :D) I don't even know what the "criteria" for you to "win" an award are or if there is/are even, I appreciated it, I felt like I actually "exist" here on bloggerwood :D (bloggerwood is fierce right?!:D) THANK YOU THANK YOU million times over ;) Selfishness is not one of my bad traits so I'm gonna pass the love around by awarding the Em love award to some bloggers who became part of my blogger life and made my blogging and blog hopping really enjoyable ;).

Without further ado let me present to you The Em Love Award recipients.

• Mara - Mara became so dear to me coz she's one of the few who first appreciated my blogging. If a genie will appear right now and he will grant me 3 wishes, my wishes would be 1. A plane ticket to the Philippines so Mara and I could meet and just rock the day away. 2. moolah - we need money so we can go to places and buy some stuff and maybe see a musical?whatever's on?maybe? 3. A plane ticket to go back here of course :D. I've just grown to love Mara ;) And if I will be awarded next time, Mara will be for sure one of the awardees :D I am 100% positive that I will never run out of nice things to say about this doll, and another 100% positive that my love for her will never end. ;)
• Aryan - I am not really a fan of bloggers with black templates, it look so sad, so dull but Aryan's blog is different. I think she's like me, plain, simple but once you get to know people like us, we're like a box of crayons, doesn't matter how many colours in a box, but the point is -- our life is COLOURFUL, and you need to look at us outside the "crayon box" because there is more to us than being "dull." If you actually click Aryan's link and read her posts, you'll forget how "depressing" the black color is, she is soo fun and that's the reason why I love her ;).
• Aizel Camille - One of the blogs that I dig. ;) She blog like some of us to express not to impress and that's why I love reading her entries. There are some bloggers who uses BIG words but can't put it in the right context, uhh not this doll. I also like her fashion sense and I always look forward if she'll have any National Bookstore haul post, seriously her going back to school entries are bringing back memories when I was a student in the Philippines, the smell of the NBS plastic bag lol! I love her ;)
• Aris - He's fun. (ohh the only guy awardee :p) He doesn't sleep. Just like the 3 dolls above Aris, he's smart and he taught me a lot already, he is in fact an "inspiration" to some of my posts and upcoming post/s (??) ;).
  

There's not a lot of receivers for the Em love award, I wanna be honest. I don't wanna give awards to people randomly since I have my own "criteria" on why those dolls and dude :p deserve the award. We all have different approach in blogging and those 4 are let's say my May/June favourites.

myfingersRtyping! yay! I was so thrilled this morning when I went online to check my emails, go on facebook, read latest news about the Presidential elections in the Philippines and o'course to check my blogger only to find out that Mara, left me some love saying my blog had been awarded! It's my first blog award. I was in the "kindergarten" feeling when I started to be a blogger, trying to explore the world and meet new friends. I have really no intentions on being a famous blogger, like I've said in this entry, I blog about randomness, my life as a young adult, my POV on certain issues, and if someone appreciates/comments, thank you! and if there's none, it's ok. When I saw the award this morning I was almost in tears (no exaggeration, really) when I felt my randomness and my blogger "attitude" was appreciated one step higher when the (in Mara's words) "Hey, I like your blog, it makes me smile like ^__________^" was awarded to me.

So enough of my dramatic speech and I will just pass the happiness around as I will name my 5 myfingersRtyping kickass awardees.

So in no particular order: Why these blogs are kickass?!

• Mara of Be Like What - I wanna make it clear that I am not giving this special award to her coz she gave me one, I wanna give Mara this myfingersRtyping kickass award coz she rocked the Imperfections topic she hosted at our local Team Carnival weekly entry (ok, no offense meant to the other hosts, but hear me out first). The Imperfections topic was one of the theme of the week I had a hard time on composing, because I don't know what approach I'll take on this one, not unlike other topics that you talk about your hobby, the stuff that you love about, the things that makes you happy and what your blog is all about. Talking about your flaws and having other people know about your "insecurities", is kinda tough (: Mara, you deserve this award coz you kickass bloggerfriend! (:
• Lynn of thefoureyedoptimist - she's a kickass because she takes on current events and writes it with, tho it's about seriousness, it's still fun to read that whenever she expresses herself, it feels like to me that it's her, her own words -- her Point Of View, words that was not from the articles/issues she's taking on. I feel the simplicity in her personality. Lynn, you're a kickass because I admire your faith in God, I appreciate your Sunday scriptures and I feel like you are so down to earth. (:
• John of Johnonline - I'm not gonna lie, I know this person in real life, we went to the same high school and we're even classmates in junior year, but that's not the reason why he deserves the myfingersRtyping kickass award. He is one of the smartest in our batch, and when I first encountered his blog I wasn't surprised with the "smart" ambience -- so him. John, tho I am not really that used to in calling you John yet, you kickass because you let people like me, know who the real you is. You like exploring the world just like everybody else, you love to be in love and you get hurt just like every person in this world, enjoy life my friend. (:
• Erika of theerikaeffect - This girl is the bomb! She is one of the first few bloggers I admired. She kickass because she is such an artist, on my used to be wordpress account, I've stated there that I am not good in ranting so I try not to rant as much as possible. Erika on the other hand, when she rants, it's still "lightweight" (ok, don't get lost here, her blog is not all about her bombasting over life and things lol!) not like any other rants that you feel tensed after reading it, I was smiling most of the time after reading Erika's ravings as it was written in the most artistic way possible and that my bloggerfriend is the reason why you deserve the myfingersRtyping kickass award. (I hope she gets her fingers into working again and be back in blogging.)
• Valerie of surrealprincess - Thanks to this "sister" for making me a badge. I wasn't expecting that she'll actually make me one coz we just "met" once in a thread. You're one of the 5 awardees my bloggerfriend, coz of your thoughtfulness I felt like I have an "identity" now as a blogger. I look at my star badge every single time I am on blogger. Yes, I don't have a goal on being a famous blogger but because you of you, I know my star shines in my own way.
