ANYBODY HOME?! I NEED HELP!! :(

Ok, for the nth time I changed my layout again haha I dunno I am not contented and I feel like there's always something missing, and yes I dunno how to make my own lol! so I only rely on free blogger templates. Anyways, my bed is calling me now and the layout editing is not yet completely finished, I can't seem to find "older posts" in this layout? I dunno if it's just me and my dying laptop or you're not really supposed to see it properly?!. gaah!

SOMEONE HELP ME!! PLEASE!!

Goodnight everyone! Any kind of help thru comments for tutorials on how to fix this layout will be HIGHLY appreciated. I really like my layout and I wanna use it for another week or for a month so please please please, tell me if it's really messed up or it's just my laptop?!

FUN DAY!

I can't think of any title for this entry but FUN! It's a FUN day today with the boyfriend.

Here's the story..

Because of our schedules(he still has school and he's enrolled for the spring til the summer) so we only see each other once or twice a week if our schedule permits us to do so. Friends usually ask, "oh why not see each other after school?or if you don't have to work on a weekday?or if you work the day shift (on a weekday)?" I'm gonna answer that now here, just in case you're also curious why.. The boyfriend's day starts at 5:00 in the morning(monday-friday), to save gas and money of course, he'll drive himself up to downtown mall, use the free parking and he just ride the LRT and bus himself to go to school (since University students are given U-pass every semester for the LRT and bus so might as well use it, than spend approx $50 on gas every week). By the time he finish his classes I know he's already tired and wanting to go home, relax for a bit and do his papers and go over his notes. I am not a selfish girlfriend (I am contented with phone calls and sms) so I don't really bother him on school nights when he could've been doing his school work and resting early so he has enuf energy for the next day and besides, he lives on the other side of the city which is a 45 minute drive (if there's no traffic of course) to get to my apartment. So on a weekend that we have the whole day to spend together, we make sure we spend it preciously..

He was early today, I woke up at 9 and he was at the door already! wahaha well, we cleaned the apartment first then at 10:30 he said he'll take a nap while I take a bath etc etc. 12:30 I was all good to go! (yep, no exaggeration, I just take forever to get myself ready lol!) The original plan for today was eat outside, go to Asian grocery store and get groceries of course, rent dvds and just watch them all day. Since there wouldn't be much of walking to do, I decided to wear my green wedges.

First stop. Kobe Sushi, we are semi- regulars here so the staff know us and our preferred booth, yay! for them :). On Sundays, they have a lunch buffet for $18.50/person, you get to choose on their "hot"(like donburi etc.) and "cold"(like sushi and stuff) menu plus there's a self serve bar for miso soup, salad and dessert.

We had the cones wrapped because the bf is already full and I am saving the last "I am still hungry" part of my stomach for dessert which is (no, it's not cup cake lol!)...

we just shared this one, LOL! I actually ate most of it.. I love fruits! haha

Then off to the mall we go, get groceries and just hurry back home for dvds! But since we don't really go to the mall together that often, P, suggested since we are at the mall already why not check out stores that has summer sales so we can "update" our summer wardrobe. I said yes, of course, but at the back of my head "my feet are not up for it!" haha I love wearing heels don't get me wrong but I hate walking around the mall in it! KILLS!! Half hour of walking from one store to another, I am done! Luckily, Spring is just across from the store we were at and since I know they always have something on special, we went in and without any second thoughts, the moment I saw these babies on display...

asked for my size, tried them on, and bought it!

oohhkkay, I asked the lady if they have a size 5 (yes, I have small feet :D) for either the black or the white one, and she said they don't carry size 5, so size 6 it is.. It's not that big for my feet, it fitted perfectly actually, the bf and I loved it. While the cashier is ringing up my shoes, I told her not to box it anymore since I'm gonna use it right away, that I just need a plastic bag for my old ones. After it's been paid for, my feet are smiling back at me now and telling me, "we are ready for some more 'action' momma!"

So before getting the groceries we bought some clothes first, mostly for P, for school. Then we went to fruits and passion and I bought

I really don't buy big bottles of perfume/cologne if I can just buy a smaller one just in case I end up not liking it anymore after some weeks, it's easier to buy another bottle anyways (if I liked it) once it's all gone than throwing it away.

Then we went bowling! (for just one game tho)

Even with all the distractions I caused the boyfriend, he still won. I don't suck at bowling, I dunno maybe because it's been over a year since the last I bowl, or I just simply suck and it's just hard to admit it?! lol!

So what's so exciting about me going to Asian grocery store??To buy these of course!

Whew! that's pretty much about it. We really had fun today, it was precious and I loved how the boyfriend and I just spent the whole day together making precious moments to look back on when times get rough.

yep! careeyyzeeh spring for us! lol! last week we had this (again! arrggh!)

who wouldn't be mad right?Winter is supposed to be OVER! and we should be wearing our flip flops and summer clothes already, but having snow again? having to wear our winter boots and winter jacket AGAIN?!hmmmkay no thanks! I am gonna end my rant now coz for the past few days...

It's feeling like spring and summer-ish FINALLY!! The grass are starting to look green now and so are the trees! yay! and today, the temperature is.. *drum roll please*

Tho I think it was more than that during the day but it was ok, it was a bit tolerable. So no more snow until winter again please please pretty please..

oh come on! don't be a party pooper! say that the Michael Buffer way -- LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE!! well, exactly that feeling you know?you're all hyped up, you're full of emotions -- anger, frustration, too much happiness, or just on full bitch mode -- gaah -- yep yep the exact feelings of a fan caught in between two fighting team *name of celeb* v. team *name of celeb* and you don't have much of an option but to hop in the bandwagon and yes, be a fantard.

VILMA v. NORA

If you're a filipino then you know that the Vilma v. Nora era is one of the classic celeb rivalries the showbiz had ever produced and still is. If you dare trash talk either one of them and be like "oh Vilma is better blah blah" seconds later, a fantard will be after your ass. Now, I remember my mom who is a hardcore Vilmanian telling me when she was in her teenage years, how she and her older sister who on the other hand is a hardcore Noranian used to fight on who's better and when things starts to heat up, they'll just tear each others posters up, pictures etc etc. See, since our parents' teenage years and maybe even the years before that, there's always been the so called TEAM v. TEAM rivalries.

If you're the type of I-don't-really-care-person and enjoy all the bickering then what's not to love about these rivalries? In the online community (forums, blogs, you name it) you'll read people being on each others throat because:

1. just like a post I read from a forum ("hirap din maging fan, hindi makatanggap ng pangookray ng idolzzz nila..war kung war") they simply can't accept the fact that not all people are "idolizing" their fav celeb.
2. "fights" usually start when someone's being too SENSITIVE on what others had to say.
3. sometimes, it's not the fans who starts the arguments, coz on some cases, it's the "stars" who actually initiates. They do that to gain sympathy.
4. they just simply belong in the rival group.
   

oohh the dramas! who doesn't love it? lol! Very entertaining in fact, but it's not healthy. Being so involved in rivalries?yezir! it's not healthy. It's normal of course to be part of a fan page and idolize someone, what's bad is when fans cross the line, when they are obsessing. When in fact, there are ways on how we can enjoy being an influential person and being a fan (hey celebs idolize other people whose stars shines less than that of them :p so don't lose hope wannabes :D and the ff points are for EVERYONE).

1. RESPECT other people's opinions. I know sometimes it could be offensive and ego hurting, but every human in this planet has the effing right to say what they want. (remember the freedom of speech?it's applicable here too).
2. RESPECT other fans even if they belong in the rival group.
3. before you react VIOLENTLY, make sure you understood all the points first, if misunderstanding is the cause of altercations then maybe it's YOU who misunderstood, and maybe your ego got hurt much.

Yes, as a normal individual, I have some celebrities, bands and political figures I admire and there are some that I don't like. Yes, I also became part of the team "rivalries" growing up, me being the die hard Purefoods fangirl and my high school classmate who's a San Miguel beermen fanatic, we always crash, but it's healthy because we didn't came to the point where we had to pull each others hair, our argument usually ends with at least si Alvin Patrimonio ko 4 time MVP (Alvin Patromonio's been awarded with 4 MVP's) so that makes him and his team better. lol! -- so high school! bwahaha

It's fun to be a fan, we don't have to box people if they didn't like what we like, if they don't love what we love. We don't have to be affected by what people has to say to us, this is what human race is all about -- we all agree to disagree. We are not robots who are programmed to follow his master's commands, we have our own sets of brains so it's ourselves who decides at the end of the day, not other people.

Be a FAN! not a FANtard We all can enjoy the privileges of being a fan without jumping into the bandwagon and be part of the dirty world of rivalries.

Yes ma'am! I am sick as fu ck! Well, blame that fudging cup cake (remember that post when I won an award then I bought a cup cake to "share" to everyone?)hell yeah, that cup cake! I ate that then the next day, my throat is already sore and because it's sore I am frikkin snoring in my sleep for two nights now (ok, insert embarassed smiley here). As expected I also lost my voice, I am feverish and I have dry cough. (yay!!! - NOT!)


*sigh* I can't come up with anything right now, :( I hope I'll feel better tomorrow so I can make an entry about the carnival's topic of the week, which is by the way really interesting. Exactly what I want right now lol! haay buhay!If you think I'm like 90% of the woman population out there who enjoy chocolates, ice cream and anything sweet, well dude, you're wrong, I belong in the 10% who can't enjoy sweets even if we wanted to. I am not allergic, no. it's not even part of my "diet" plan -- *screams* IT'S BECAUSE I GET SICK EVERYTIME I TRY TO ENJOY EVEN A SNICKERS BAR! gaaaaahh!!

To be completely honest, it didn't occur to me that having my name in this blog would really matter, all I know is that my fingers are for sure typing and no one can stop me from doing so. Until, my new found blogger friends Lynn and Mara, would be so intrigued. There is no reason or any dramas behind me not revealing my name, like I said, it didn't hit me that it will cause curiosity around blogosphere.

I've mentioned it before and I am saying it again just for the sake of others who are too lazy to look for that post which is I am completely anticipating that even if I link the entry here, most people will not click that for sure anyways. Yeah, I have 3 names, my first name is a common Hispanic and Filipino name, the second one, like what others claimed is a common Russian name and for my third name, I have absolutely no idea how my parents came up with it. The people in my life -- at school, work, my family and within my circle, they get to decide which name they'll call me. So my friend Saab not Magalona came up with this brilliant idea to just call me by my two initials that will make sense.

EM - yay! so from now on, you can call myfingersRtyping, EM. lol! after all the shiyatness above eh?! haha
